HOW TO ORDER AND HOW TO PAY
After you select the desired product and select the required quantities, click on the "Add to cart" button and see the contents of your basket. If you wish, you can continue with the order and Continue shopping. After completing the order, click the "Payment" button. If you are registered, you need to log in with your data, if you are not, you need to register.
Protection of your data:
- The personal data you provide will be used to maintain contact, to deliver the products on site, to receive - offers, invoices, etc., as well as for official correspondence. They will not be provided in any form to other persons and organizations.
- If you wish to receive an invoice, please fill in the "Company details for invoice" field during registration. The invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of the products.

- On working days, deliveries by courier are made from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
For the country:
- Delivery times are from 1 to 3 working days depending on the possibility of sending the parcel by courier. Delivery is at the expense of the client and is at the prices of the courier service.
- On working days, deliveries by courier are made from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday - until 1:30 p.m.
- Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
- Or according to the courier's delivery schedule.
Note:
The prices for delivery by courier service are determined by the courier service tariffs and are not influenced by VIVA A and M.
Delivery outside working hours - only for Sofia - by additional agreement.
