1. Return of food products

Due to the nature of food products, opened or used packaging is not subject to return or exchange. Return is possible only if the product is:

In original, unopened packaging

In commercial form

Coffee, ground according to the customer's request, Not subject to return, as it is a personalized product

Returned within 14 days

2. Return of machines, accessories and preparations

It is possible within 14 days if:

The product is in original packaging

Not used

Not damaged

Machines, accessories and preparations can only be returned if they are in original, unopened packaging, without signs of use and with all included accessories and labels.

3. Defective or wrongly shipped products

In case of defect or wrong shipment:

we bear all costs

offer replacement or refund

4. Return costs

In case of defect → at our expense

In case of voluntary return → at the expense of the customer

5. Return procedure

You will receive instructions

After receipt and inspection → we refund the amount within 7 working days
