This batch has undergone a classic washed process. The ripe cherries are hand-picked, washed and fermented. They are graded by size before being dried on raised beds. The parchment is regularly turned for even drying before being sent to the dry mill for sorting and preparation for export.

100% ARABIC coffees are precisely roasted using a well-established technology and are offered in DOY PACK packaging with a zipper and flap for good coffee storage.
